Well, interject occasionally, if for no other reason to tell all of us blowhards to shut-up, and stuff it?;-)

Be well, and find your 'wal'

I believe the last time someone left it was due to a misunderstanding
with me, not James. I tried to make things right, but couldn't-it only
made matters worse. People will see what they want to see. They will
often look for excuses to leave (or join) or whatever. I have come to
believe that. Very often, it is easier to leave a group when you are
angry, and that anger may be secretly of your own doing.... I can't be
responsible for someone leaving the group if that is what they feel they
need to do (to get away from me or James or you or whoever/whatever-the
email distraction-found a better list, etc.) I just try to do what
seems to be the right thing. The last time I was angry and felt like
walking out, I had to really examine my motives and ask what I was
running from....I chose to stay and deal with it.

Funny these topics are coming up...centering, leaving..
I have said for a few months that I would probably disconnect around the
first of the year. I do feel a growing need to do that, to concentrate
more on my health and personal life. I have decided, however, not to
leave the list, but to try to just lurk for a while-a few weeks or
months or whatever it takes. While I do need to center, I also need
y'all's support. So I'll be around, just hopefully quieter..Y'all carry
on...
