[Homestead] fireballs

Dill has yellow flower clusters shaped like an umbrella. Each one is
called a head. After flowering, the seeds form on the head. In
pickling, you can use the seeds as they are, or the flowering head with
either the flowers or usually the immature seed. Both impart the dill
flavor.
Growing up, when we made dill pickles, it was my job to load the jars
with the dill heads(which we grew) and the garlic and the alum.
