[Homestead] Crostini

Roast some peppers, garlic and onions.  Skin the peppers and onions, rough 
chop and toss in the food processor.  Smash the garlic and blend it with 
some salt and toss it in.  Toss in some sun dried tomatoes, give a very 
grinds on the ol' pepper mill and pulse a few times while drizzling just a 
dab of EVOO in.

Take your crostinis and brush with a little olive oil and stick them on the 
grill.  Flip them over and while the second side is toasting, spoon on some 
of your roasted pepper mix and a shaving or two or Parmesan.  Voila, you 
have what folks in Tuscany do during the summer.

For variety they add in olives to some and anchovies to some.  If you want 
to head on down to Naples and Siclity, sprinkle in some red pepper flakes.
