What ever you did, it appears, now, to be fixed.  I recieved the other meaage right before I replied a few minutes ago, and I just received this message from you, right at the top of the list.  I have yahoo email also, they are doing a lot of upgrading --its a pain in the neck.  By the way, I like the pics you sent of the little girl & the horse.  Tell your daughter that the little girl should wear a cap , in the sun, until she grows some hair <g> ...bobf

Bob, it's not my computer clock, it's some kind of yahoo screw up.  You will note that note only are my outgoing messages affected, but check out the time on your latest message below.    It is almost like my yahoo account is set to London time, but it is not.
If I knew what was going on and how to fix it, I would.
The length of time between the time I sent the message and the time it showed up was more than the 5 hours difference.

You are right; I just find the news from the last few days particularly
agitating, and look for anything about which to smile.  By the way, you need to
change the clock on your email.  You sent a message asking if people were
getting your mail.  I am, but I have to scroll back underneath all of the other
email to find them.  Its not a big deal, if your clock is broken, don't
worry about it.  But, since you asked the other question, I thought I should
mention....bobford

Now see, they say local zoo, but I heard that the guy was an exotics
collector(legal and some illegally obtained/kept animals was insinuated in the
radio story I heard) who initially refused to leave.  The spin on that story,
with phrases like "took sanctuary in a church" makes the guy sound
like Joseph with Mary- no room at the inn-LOL.
Oh well.
It's funny (not) what the news reporters will choose to write when there
are about a gazillion Ike stories that could be written and SHOULD be written as
cautionary tales.

Riding out Ike on an island, with a lion
By ALLEN G. BREED, AP National Writer Tue Sep 16, 11:52 PM ET
BOLIVAR PENINSULA, Texas - Many years from now, a small group of Hurricane Ike
survivors will probably still be telling the story of how, on the night the
storm flattened their island, they took sanctuary in a church — with a lion.
The full-grown lion was from a local zoo, and the owner
