So , if the elected officials are committing felonies by disregarding their constitutional oaths, and the appointed officials, beauracrats and CEOs, CFOs, and others are "unconstitutionally" and feloniously stealing our money, why is no-one concerned? Why is no one on their way to indictment and prison?
That's part of the question in my original intent.......................bobford

No. The Fed can print money, but what the government spends can not be authorized by any other inity. It is specified in the Constitution.

When congress abrogated its constitutional authority to produce currency and
made the federal reserve the de facto constitutionally empowered central bank,
didn't that issue become resolved? .....bobford

What everyone seems to forget about this bailout, is that it is not legal.
The constitution states that all moneys spent by the government must be
authorized by congress and this money was not so authorized.
