[Homestead] Crimson Clover, cover crops

I should have been more clear,,,,oats like it cool and wet. In zone 7, 
winter is cool and wet, so it makes sense to me to plant then to avoid 
the heat and drought of summer.
Sage, where did you buy your oats?
