I've met the Norths several times. They've wanted to retire for years, but
wanted to find someone to take over the dairy. I guess they haven't yet.
They make premium sheep cheese and sell it in Ithaca...Jane said that they
could make a living just selling to the University (Cornell). Their cheese
is served at every open house and University party.
