[Homestead] Wild water

You could not pay me to scuba / skin dive (although
snorkling is fun). I am happy with my head above water in
a kayak, and in those inconvenient times I find myself
upside down and underwater, I am usually able to roll back
to air within ten seconds or so. I like the idea of
drinking from the aquifer, but would not have the courage
to explore it like these people.
