>And there was the key, in the front pocket of the shorts.
Several years ago I lost the keys to a Nissan pickup I had. I always have a
spare set so after a desperate search used the spares and had another spare
set used. About two years later during an unusual cold spell I drug out a
heavy coat that gets uses once every two or three years and there in the
pocket were the missing keys.
Several years ago I lost the keys of the current pickup and try as we might
I could not find them. My spare was in the trailer in North Carolina while
I was in California. I do carry a plastic key in a credit card sized piece
of plastic. I took that to a lock shop that I know does very good work and
they were able to make a metal key off that. I had to go online to find a
place to get the keys for the shell. I keep a set of trailer keys under the
trailer so when I got back I was able to get in. Not long after I was back
in NC my wife called to say she found my keys on a counter in the laundry
room. I think I came into the house with arms full and set them on the
nearest flat surface and subsequent loads buried them.
