[Homestead] Meatless recipes, was Soy foods

Indian cuisine, I think, uses a lot of root herbs like tumeric and maybe 
ginger, along with some seed type herbs like cumin.  But the big 
"pepper" in India was pepper nigrum, what we call black pepper.
