Sam Seder interviewed the Canadian canola farmer who finally (CAN$
400,000 later) won after Monsanto sued him. It's completely nutz that
people whose crops are contaminated by Monsanto GMO plants should have
to pay a royalty to Monsanto, particularly when they're own breeding
programs have been destroyed by Monsanto. Damages paid by Monsanto
would be more in order in a world not ruled by corporations.... but
that's in a world not ruled by corporations.
