Our daffs and crocuses are coming up now.
I love asparagus fries. With parmesan panko and garlic aoli. With
cornmeal and sweet tangy hickory sauce. Rice flour tempora and ginger
sauce.
I have this theory that eating fried veggies is a karmic wash. The
veggies negate the evilness of the frying. You can eat as much as you
want. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it. : )
Now I'm hungry and can't wait for the asparagus to come up.
