[Homestead] Chinese Plum Sauce

Hi Toni, I just made your sauce below and man oh man is it smelling 
GOOD! I'm still cooking it down, but I already know this will be awesome.
Quick question...so you freeze this??? Does it lose it's texture once 
frozen?  We are having company tonight and tomorrow, and I'll be keeping 
my grandbaby,so I am looking for a shortcut here..lol
