Travel won't stop, think it will be sailing ships & jet planes? Maybe
something in between? My life is usually been "in-between".
We either get some technological advance or the human race downsizes.
Life is good with the advance or really something I don't want to see
with the downsizing. This is all too close to all the science
fiction I read 35-40 years ago.
Plant a garden.
At the end life goes on.
