I just thought it was interesting, Lynda -- after that thread. I will start using my canner with my spring harvest; if nothing drastic has changed by then. Then if things get real bad real fast, I'll load up the car with some jars of meat and head up to the Kaibab --2 adults, a dog , a cat; 42 firearms and 200,000 rounds of ammo, and a litter box, a can of tennis balls, 12 blankets, and however many jars will fit into whatever room is left in a Honda 'compact' car ;-)
