I am such a spreadsheet/log keeper/blog it kind of person that it does
help me stay on track. I like having something objective to look at.
My PCP has been with me for over 25 years. I love him because he

I am not totally against Western medicine, as you know, but finding the
right guy who will listen and think outside of the box, who is more
worried about you personally than whatever lawsuit you bring to him,
that's a rare thing. IMO, that is medicine, the good sam principle, to
think of others before thinking of yourself. If you can find a MD that
thinks like that, he/she is golden.
The true significance of Sacajawea's involvement in the Lewis & Clark
expedition is that it was the first documented trip in history where men
asked a woman for directions and followed them, allowing them to arrive
at their destination.
