Don't know much about the Pima.  I know about the programs for the Hopi, 
Navajo, Sioux, Native Seeds/SEARCH, Running Strong for American Indian 
Youth, Renewal of Life Food Journals and a few other programs.  They all 
center around returning to historical eating instead of commodities foods 
and modern "western diet" fast foods.
