The site I rely on for nutrition is

http://www.nutritiondata.com/

You can look up almost any food and find nutritional information...plug
in a few things at the top and look at the data.  Adjust it for the way
it is cooked and serving size.

I use their nutrition tools a lot (look on the middle right side of the
page above and put in your stats and look at what all it pulls up)

There are a lot of interesting articles about glycemic load and such
things as the ratio between the various omega # fatty acids.

It is a great site, IMO.  I have it on my Firefox toolbar because I use
it all the time.
