Like I said before, I've been doing that already, esp since it got
colder and the mountain biking is on hold.

Yes. In the summer, I was actually gaining weight, putting on muscle
from the biking. Legs were looking good, stomach, not so...biking does
nothing for the abdomen.
And, just curious, why wouldn't you want to do

I said no cardio because I already get enough cardio. I dance, ride
bikes(outside and stationary inside), and walk already. The stationary
bike just is cardio...it really does nothing else, compared to regular
biking. I really just need the flexibility and strength building stuff,
with some calisthenics like sit ups or leg lifts thrown in.
