I was quoting Marie about the booze and tobacco, so it was she that was wrong, not me  ;-)  (though I still agree with her).  The link gave all of the countries.  I didn't say we were at the top, I said all Western countries were near the top.  Most of the bottom countries were african, I think.  I don't know much about all of this, I just provided a link.........
