[Homestead] Bread machines was: Masonry bake ovens

Someone gave me a used bread machine. It makes no-fail, consistent
loaves of fresh, warm bread (my kids hate whole wheat, but I make egg
bread, so it at least has SOME virtue to it). I prefer hand-crafted
crusty artisan bread with funky ingredients, but if just want warm,
fresh bread to go with stew, it'll do. Mine has a setting that makes
dough, lets it rise, then stops. I use that a lot for pizza
dough....just toss in the ingredients, and it's ready a couple hours
later...takes most of the work out of pizza making.
