[Homestead] Bread machines was: Masonry bake ovens

I really don't like them. The one we had had the hook mechanism on
the bottom, so half the loaf of bread had a big hole in the middle.
I'd rather have a whole loaf for my trouble, even if I shape it by
hand and it's less than perfect looking.

It was ok if you wanted half a loaf of sandwich type bread, but you
can't vary at all for texture, like a chewy crust, or steam.

It was ok with mixes, but the minute you added something harder, like
real whole wheat, it chugged.

All in all I was thrilled when I gave it away.
