Well, you are pretty much echoing my thoughts, for what it's worth.

I was hoping, really hoping, the impetus of change would come from  
those people who are finally, finally, getting involved. I still hope  
so, I guess, although every day that passes makes it harder and harder  
to think so.

Good News of the Day: Diebold doesn't make pitch forks.
Bad News: Most of them are probably made in China. And are junk.
