[Homestead] Obama fans, what say ye?

My Dad used to advocate always having "None of the Above" on the ballot as a
no confidence vote, which would require going back and getting an entirely
new field of candidates. Would government then stumble during the upheaval?
Maybe. Would that be a catastrophe? It might avoid the need one day for a
revolution, though, so it might be the better alternative.

Ah, a nice pipe dream, anyway. :)
