[Homestead] natural gas in PA

In West Virginia, the land that has pipe lines over it gets a certain  
amount of free gas, so they heat their houses, cookers, etc, with the  
lp.  I saw two places that had unlimited gas, and one or two that had  
limits like 20,000 somethings. This was in addition to a one time pay  
out.
