Yeah, it's everywhere Bill.

The Texas Wildlife Expo put on for umpteen years by Texas 
Parks and Wildlife Department, a free event attended 
annually by 30,000, decided that the dutch oven society 
could no longer demonstrate the state's 'official cooking 
implement' and give away free samples without a health 
permit, which was unobtainable because the pots are 
sterilized by fire not by a dishwasher. I'm sure the 
funnel cake guy was pleased.
