[Homestead] Farming Commune?

Wow; some of these are pricey! Ecovillage at Ithaca (NY...a wonderful area
for local, sustainable food)...a 3-bedroom house is $195,000. Yikes. Not
many hippies there, I'm sure. That's more than my 42 acre farm is worth.
