If it is just a small operation, then your best bet is to do recyled waste
oil. *Most* places haven't discovered this and thus you can get the oil
free for the taking. I know you aren't out here in CA, but you might
contact the folks in Hopland and see if there is anywhere else that has
classes on how to set up your own processor. Or, if you're looking for a
nice vacation, you can take the two day class in December out here in SF <g>
