Once the fruit is red and ripe the seed is ready for collection. Collect
in a bowl or jar and mash the
fruit up with a wooden spoon and let ferment till a white scum forms
(3-14 days). Add water and rinse the
goo off. Save seed that doesn't float. I let mine tray dry on a paper plate.
When carefully dried and stored out of direct sunlight seeds will stay
viable more than 3 years.
Bevanron of EarthNSky Farm Sleep well tonight, for somewhere in the
ocean's depths, MY son is protecting YOUR freedom.
