Mercy! Is the 608 price for buying or leasing the tank? I paid 1,800
for a new 1,000-gallon tank about three years ago. The main advantage
of owning a tank is being able to choose the fuel source. If leased,
you may have to comply with other requirements such as minimum annual
purchase.

I used to get by with a couple 100-pound tanks. Used to take them to
a local store and have them filled. Had to transport them in upright
position per somebody's laws.

Wish we were closer. Magnolia loves to dig trenches. Propane piping
is best in plastic, the particular special form name I don't
remember. Inside building piping can be black iron or copper. Just
basic pipe fitting. IMNSHO the people you are dealing with are over-
priced.
