[Homestead] A point of view

Ray, didn't your momma every say to you "just because Johnny jumped off the
bridge, are you going to do it?"

Or do you not realise that the same old refrain simply doesn't work but
rather shows that you are fully aware that "your guy" lies but you want to
excuse it because you say someone else did also?

And when will you folks who support the White House resident get over
thinking that anyone who disagrees with you is a Democrat. Talk about
tunnel vision!

Your guy has been lying and cheating since before he ever held a political
office.

Just for the record, your guy was ass deep with Abramoff well over 10 years
ago. Ask anyone who was involved with the politics of getting two tribes
signed off into oblivion.

Or perhaps you'd like to talk about Funeralgate and how one defines the word
"conversation." And you certainly can't blame the Democrats for that one.

The SEC? Oh, that's right. Daddy asked them not to prosecute him because
he didn't make any more money using insider information that if he had
waited. Wow, maybe he's started a whole new defense strategy -- You can't
convict me because I didn't make a monetary gain.

Let's see, thumbing his nose at Congress. That would also include joining
UNESCO which is far worse than the NAFTA that his daddy started and that
fool Billy Boy signed on to. BTW, incase you are out of the loop, before
joining UNESCO he should have asked Congress. He sent the Stepford Wife
over to join and then "informed" Congress.

UNESCO
"Developing and promoting universal principles and norms"
"Develop a global partnership for [educational] development"
"Universal values"
"Globalization"
"Standardized curriculum"
"Global monitoring"
"Mandatory pre-primary classes within a primary school"
"Making ECCE a part of lifelong learning"

For clarification, UNESCO's goal is globalization of education, standardized
curriculum and cradle to grave government control of all aspects of life.

As to the Constitution, you can start with the First, Ninth and Fourteenth
when it comes to his NCLB.

I can give you a long list but I don't think you are actually interested and
you'd just blame it all on the Democrats. I don't think Thomas Jefferson
or the other founding fathers would have been pleased with NCLB OR the new
universal high school curriculum that was just snuck through Congress!

So, I'll leave you with some thoughts from Thomas Jefferson:

"If it is believed that . . . elementary schools will be better managed by
the governor and council, the commissioners of the literary fund or any
other general authority of the government than by the parents within each
ward, it is a belief against all experience. Try the principle one step
further, and . . . commit to the governor and council the management of all
our farms, our mills and merchants' stores . . . No, my friend, the way to
have good and safe government is not to trust it all to one,b ut to divide
it among the many, distributing to every one exactly the functions he is
competent to."
