You are right.   I think it would be good for everyone to  "experience a true 
North Dakota or northern Minnesota winter.   It  would grant a true 
appreciation for warmth.   If they  survived....

You know, there were never any street people in my hometown...    Not much 
gang activity, either.   I guess it's tough to hang with your  "homies" when it 
is -30 degrees.   ;-)
