Out of sight in debates---the first war Bush fought and lost, while
planning to lose the second war in Iraq.

The Afghanistan war was lost in Tora Bora, when Bin Laden was allowed to
go free. That loss was compounded by turning Afghanistan over to the
Druglords, to producing 85 percent of the world's opium, and to complete
chaos outside of Kabul.
