I saw a bit of that on "Headline News", they didn't mention any screaming. 
 From what I could see she took off running from where the people were to a 
deserted parking area and they grabbed her there. What I saw was a lot 
different from what I just read here.

As to the security thing, locks are there to keep honest people honest. A 
crook will get around the lock if they really want to. This is true if you 
are living on the road, a house in the suburbs or a homestead out in the 
sticks. You do what you can and get on with living.
