J. K. Elliott, The Language and Style of the Gospel of Mark: An Edition of C.
H. Turner's "Notes on Marcan Usage" Together with Other Comparable Studies,
Supplements to Novum Testamentum, vol. 71 (Leiden: E. J. Brill, 1993).
Elliott's book reproduces Cuthbert Hamilton Turner's articles in the Journal
of Theology, 1924-1928. It includes articles by G. D. Kilpatrick, who was
Turner's successor in the Dean Ireland chair at Oxford. Kilpatrick's
articles are taken from the publication, The Bible Translator. It also
includes Nigel Turner's chapter on Mark from volume four of Moulton's
grammar. Finally, it includes articles previously published by J.K. Elliott
in New Testament Textual Criticism: Its Significance for Exegesis: Essays in
Honor of Bruce Metzger and in Theologische Zeitschrift 27 (1971).
