[freetds] FreeTDS version and issues whiting ORACLE

Freddy77,

We decided that we spent too much time, and we are not getting any good results (almost 2 months).
We are going to use a Microsoft Oracle server instead of Linux. It was easier to set up and only a few hours to start working with SQL server and Oracle.
