[freetds] dsn-less string for ruby dbi

Excellent, good to hear!

Should you ever want to override the "client charset" property you'll
have to blow the dust off of that freetds.conf file.  The default is
iso-8859-1 (otherwise known as Latin1) which isn't a Unicode ready
charset.
