[freetds] freetds-0.64 problems on OS X 10.5 Leopard

If running 10.5, I'd recommend the 0.82 branch from CVS (the rc1
release has problems building the apps on Leopard, but was fixed up a
few days later on the branch). I used an early February nightly
snapshot and didn't find any problems building. Unfortunately, I
haven't been able to do much testing with it yet against our Solaris
Sybase servers (hopefully that will change in the next week or two).
