[freetds] bogus shared library names on SLE9.3

This comes from mixing different versions of different parts of Libtool.
The whole shebang must come from the same place, which is why "configure"
will generate "libtool". Maybe there is a system-installed Libtool script
that you're picking up?
Also try building from a clean tarball or regenerating everything from cvs.
