Yes and no... server reply just after cancel... very unlikely. Also you
will note that statement id is 0x0abcdef0... it seems a dummy values but
sp_unprepare like this handle. I have to try if it like always this
handle (that is is a really dummy handle), what happen calling
sp_cursorfetch on this handle and if I use an invalid handle.
