[freetds] Problem building 0.64 on Mac OSX

Jason,

I've installed it fine on OS 10.4.8 using the directions at:
http://www.freetds.org/userguide/osissues.htm#OSX

I just had to get the latest GNU libtool, and run configure as: ./configure
--disable-libiconv --disable-odbc

After that, the makes were peachy. :)
