[freetds] FreeTDS added to Fedora

It came to my attention recently that FreeTDS was not included in any
Fedora distribution due to legal concerns, specifically about patent
infringment. I wrote to the Fedora list (fedora-devel-list.redhat.com,
"Development discussions related to Fedora Core") to explain that the
patent in question does not apply, and that FreeTDS is absolutely
unencumbered in every way.

As a result of my post, FreeTDS has been added to Fedora. If you're
interested in testing it, that would be a service to both projects. (I
don't use Fedora, but I know many people do.)

Details follow, followed by celebration. ;-)

Any issues with the package are probably best directed to the above Fedora
list, unless you see something that can be fixed here.
