[freetds] 0.63 is out of date

Would it be too much to ask that you notify me of any security fixes that
come along which might apply to 0.63? It's a little late now to change
which version of FreeTDS is included in the latest Debian release, so while
it's fine if you decide you can't support 0.63, we still need to.
Now that etch is out I hope to have more time to follow this list again (and
to finally get 0.64 uploaded to Debian!), but I wouldn't want our users'
security to rely on me noticing a particular list mail.
