In trying to troubleshoot a problem in 0.64RC2 with return status from a
stored procedure, I tested that branch with several updates Frediano had
supplied since RC2.  The problem went magically away.  I guess that's
reason enough for a new candidate.  

I would be happy if someone could reproduce my results.  I'd like to
release this *almost* as much as Frediano would.  ;-)
