I have this in /etc/odbcinst.init
[FreeTDS]
Description             = FreeTDS v-0.63
Driver          = /usr/lib/libtdsodbc.so.0
Setup           = /usr/lib/libtdsS.so.1
FileUsage               = 1

what is in yours?

so is not SELinux :-)


what is the output of:

ldconfig -p | grep tdsodbc

?
it should be something like:
libtdsodbc.so.0 (libc6) => /usr/lib/libtdsodbc.so.0
libtdsodbc.so (libc6) => /usr/lib/libtdsodbc.so
