[freetds] Problem with RPC against SQL server 2005

Sure, this is only a workaround.
No output parameters here, just a procedure called with three (4 byte)
ints as input parameters, giving back one row cotaining several strings
and a (4 byte) int as return code.
Will post a dump tomorrow.
