[freetds] mssql_connect : Unable to connect to server

Hi!
I dont know exactly what was hapening but i changed to permissive
SELinux reboot the system and everything started to work fine.
Thanks anyway!
By the way dows anyone knows how to solve the problem of encoding. when
i do a select in a table i get the tipical portuguese caracters like a
square.
how can i solve this?
