hi there,
we wanted to use the freetds odbc driver with unixodbc + libodbc++ to
connect to sybase12.5.X
we wanted to be able to use multiple prepeared statements on a single db
connection which appears to fail with freetds, giving the error:
[FreeTDS][SQL Server]Invalid cursor state State=24000 ErrorCode=0
What=Error executing "select FOO_ID from FOO where FOO_NAME = ?":
[FreeTDS][SQL Server]Invalid cursor state, now repreparing.
Sep 8 14:40:05 [11948]: critical:Cannot reprepare statement, state=
error: Error preparing select FOO_ID from FOO where FOO_NAME = ?: No
description available
i noticed a similar post to this list last year that bill.thompson
kindly answered:
http://lists.ibiblio.org/pipermail/freetds/2004q2/016082.html
and was wondering if this is still the case or not ?
Thanks
Mike
