[freetds] FreeTDS and SQL Server using NT Authentication

Thanks John, I think I'll go down the road of trying to convince them to 
use SQL Server authentication since it is the path of least resistance. 
  I'll archive your note in case I lose that battle and have to start 
poking more firewall holes (sigh).
