"Unknown marker: 0!!" in SQSH w/MS-SQLServer 7

Sorry for responding to my own message, but, in case anyone searches
through the archives, here's the answer.

Apparently, even if I configure using --with-tdsvr=7.0, the default TDS
version is still 5.0.  After I set the TDSVER environment variable to 70,
everything worked dandily.
